That master of imaginative enchantment, C.S. Lewis, has created a unique world and he invites children to walk into it and enjoy both surprise and adventure. An old house in rural England becomes the home base for four children who wander into an incredible country through an old wardrobe and help the country return to summer. In the incredible Narnia, they make friends with the frightened forest people who have almost given up hope for the return of good King Aslan, their true ruler. When Aslan was there, it was always summer. There is a great battle to see whether this magical country will remain under a wintry spell or will, once again, know freedom and summer under good King Aslan. A charming play about courage and the love of freedom.  PLUS  A magical peach! An imprisoned boy! Insect friends! An incredible journey! This amazing adventure of James Henry Trotter will fulfill the fantasy of anyone who has ever dreamed of escape. Roald Dahl’s story comes hilariously to life in this delightful dramatization that reveals the wickedness of some, the goodness of others, and the indecision encountered by many when they are faced with crises. You will see James (as he cleverly gets the Peach out of danger), the wise Old-Green-Grasshopper and the pessimistic Earthworm. You will also see James’ mean Aunt Spiker and cruel Aunt Sponge come to a suitably sticky end. The action is tied together by the Narrator, a storyteller, motivator, emcee and audience friend. Take advantage of the quick costuming, simple props and basic scenery to provide your cast and audience with an exciting, peachy adventure!

Wonderland! is an unabashedly silly adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass.  With hip-hopping music, it is an upbeat, coming-of-age story that audiences of all ages will adore!  You’ll recognize some of your favorite familiar characters of Alice’s Wonderland along with meeting dozens of new ones:  a baseball team, a gospel group called The Responsibilities, a train conductor, star-struck tourists, plastic light-saber wielding knights and much more.  With minimal set requirements, the play can be performed on a bare stage with suggested set changes, or the production can be as huge as your imagination and budget allow.  An eclectic mix of music that ranges from gypsy swing to doo-wop to bluegrass will have your audiences grinning like a Cheshire cat!  You’ll love the toe-tapping musical renditions of “Jabberwocky” and “The Walrus and the Carpenter” as well as other great numbers such as “Anything’s Possible,” “Step by Step” and the hysterical “I was a Good Egg But Then I Done Went Bad,” sung by Humpty Dumpty and the Dixie Chickens!
